pEarly this morning a vehicle driving north on Route 304 in the southbound lane caused a multiple car incident just north of the town line. ThenbspEMS agencies distpatched from several departments included Pearl River Nanuet Nyack Medic 5 and Medic 3. Local fire and police agencies were also on scene. Route 304 was closed southbound at Route 59 during and after the incident for several hours.Several cars were involved aand at least four parties were transported to local hospitals in serious condition. Police are investigating the incident.p
