PThe Pearl River Ambulance was dispatched to Sickletown Road in the vicinity of the PIP for a vehicle rollover. Upon arrival the driver was immediately stabilized immobilized and rapidly transported to the hospital. Police are investigating the cause of the accident. On scene units also included Medic 21 and Orangetown P.D.P
